WebCare Terms + Conditions
ntroduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the subscription to WebCare plans provided by digiDen Creative Media ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our WebCare services, clients ("you" or "your") agree to these terms.
Service Overview
WebCare plans offer comprehensive website hosting, maintenance, and support services, including access to our specific servers with CDN capabilities to enhance website performance.
Scope of Service
1. Website Hosting and Maintenance:
▪ Websites are hosted on secure servers designed for high availability and speed.
▪ Services include software updates, backups, and uptime monitoring to ensure optimal performance and security.
▪ Backup frequencies may vary depending on the platform the website is built upon; some websites are backed up daily, while others are backed up following site modifications or updates.
▪ Our team manages any technical issues with immediate access to servers for efficient resolution.
2. Support and WebCare Tasks:
▪ Each plan provides a set number of 'Thirty-Minute WebCare Tasks' per month, such as updating content.
▪ For example, the PRO plan includes six "Thirty-Minute WebCare Tasks" per month. You can submit up to six separate tasks each month, with each task being a specific request our team can complete within a 30-minute timeframe.
▪ Tasks must be submitted separately and cannot be bundled together. If a task exceeds 30 minutes, additional fees may apply. We will always notify you in advance if this is the case.
▪ To ensure prompt attention, support tickets must be submitted at https://www.digiden.studio/connect/submit-a-support-ticket, and WebCare Tasks must be submitted at https://www.digiden.studio/connect/request-a-webcare-task.
▪ This allows you to keep your website updated and performing optimally without having to worry about the technical details.
▪ Tasks are subject to plan-specific allowances and must be used within the billing cycle.
3. Additional Features (Ultimate Plan):
▪ Graphical revamps and strategy sessions with Su to align with business growth goals.
Client Responsibilities
1. Content and Access:
▪ Clients must provide accurate content for updates and ensure credentials are current.
▪ While we perform backups based on platform capabilities, maintaining personal backups of unique content is recommended.
2. Communication:
▪ Timely communication is essential to facilitate efficient service delivery and issue resolution.
Payment Terms
1. Subscription Fees:
▪ Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, based on the chosen plan.
▪ Fees are paid in advance and cover hosting, updates, and support services corresponding to each plan.
2. Refunds:
▪ Refunds for unused services are not typically provided but will be considered individually.
Service Limitations
1. Task Approval:
▪ Tasks that exceed allocated time or are outside the normal maintenance scope may require additional approval and fees.
2. Third-Party Integrations:
▪ We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party software or plugins.
▪ We do not provide support for third-party software or plugins that are not directly related to the websites we have created and manage.
Modifications
digiDen Creative Media reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to service or terms.
Termination
Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice via email to bills@digiden.studio with a minimum of 30 days' notice. The service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Liability
digiDen Creative Media makes every effort to provide secure and reliable services but is not liable for indirect damages or external disruptions beyond our control.
Environmental Commitment
Supporting sustainability, a tree is planted for every WebCare subscription payment.
